There is probably a perfectly reasonable explanation for it - maybe something to do with the lack of sleep I've had for the past week, the unusual amount of drinking and dancing I engaged in last night, and that whole family crisis thing - whatever the cause the embarrassing truth is I totally got choked up this afternoon while singing I'll Be on Karaoke Revolution PARTY.
I'd never even heard the song in its entirety before nor do I know who sings it. But when I got to the "I'll be better when I'm older..." part I got a serious lump in my throat. But like the superstar that I am, I belted out an awesome rendition and got a platinum album. If only the game had some way of rating emotion, I'd blow that thing up.
