Sin City

I'm leaving for Las Vegas on Monday - its a business trip but I've got some free time there. I probably won't need to leave the few blogs surrounding my hotel as there are ten gentleman's clubs within a 3/4 mile radius (including such nonsense names as "Sin" and "Stripper's Choice"), but in case I tire of the high-brow nightlife, please send your suggestions of places to eat or things to see. Extra points if their budget conscious!
