My friend, Tina, had two babies last week. It seemed like she was going to be pregnant forever and since the babies were almost brought to term (a rarity for twins) she was quite a fatty before popping those little suckers out.
Tina, as you may know, was a fiercely close friend of mine in my former life at the Hand Workshop - she made that world tolerable and infinitely more fun. When I left she said she and her husband were going to start trying to have a baby - though I know this timing was just coincidental, I like to think that she couldn't go on there without me and had to find a way out. So now, thanks to ME, she has two beautiful baby girls to feed, cloth, and support for the next 18 to 25 years.
No need to thank me, Tina!
